第三の市場
積水ハウスが新たに始めた販売方法は、既存の住宅を買い取ってリフォームし新築価格の70％で販売するというもの。
もちろん既存の販売方法だが、新築を購入する人を対象にしているところがミソらしい。
正直30パーセントのディスカウントならなら新築にするよなー、、、(^^;

発電ゴム

Princeton universityは従来の4倍の発電効率を有する発電ゴムを開発した。
発電効率を上げた方法は、発電材料であるPZTの形状をナノレベルの制御で配列させたことによると評価。
Princeton univ developed pressure electricity generating device.
By ordering PZT on nano level controlling, they guess it enhance conversion efficiency.

Sonyのバイオ電池
まずは上記の記事を見てください。
電池には1次電池、２次電池、燃料電池などがあります。
このバイオ電池は使用者の視点から見れば燃料電池と同じです。（２次電池のように充放電もいらないので）
特定の有機物を含んだ液体と酸素が燃料になります。
燃料電池は今年東芝が商品化に踏み込んだが、まだまだこちらのバイオ電池は開発段階。
使用用途はかなり限定的だか（エネルギー出力の低さとコストのため既存の市場では競争力がない）
研究者にしてみれば、研究余地のある非常に面白い研究対象だ。

Biotic cell is categorized to secondary cell in terms of user or developer.
A liquid which contains particular organic matters and oxygen are fuel of the biotic cell.
The fuel cell are appeared to market by Toshiba.Inc.
On the other hand, biotic cell is development phase yet.
The developing cell will be used to meet only particular purpose.
However, it has many fascinating element because of its developing situation compared to others.

「太陽光発電の新たな買取制度」太陽光サーチャージ単価、余剰電力買取価格決定
ついに決定した。
当初の予定とおり。
スペインは買い取り価格を高くしすぎて失敗した。
４８円kw/hはほどほどでちょうど良い成長になるのでは？？
それよりも、配電線とメーターの開発（スマートグリッド）を急いで規格化するべきだな。。。もうおそいか？
